Your team will be guaranteed FIVE games, beginning on the Friday evening - June 20 - with the final pool games on the Sunday morning - June 22 - and playoffs to follow.
There will be no distinction as to tier.
The concession and BBQ will be available for your refreshment and enjoyment.
Winners of all games will be provided with travel assistance monies - $25.00 for pool play games, and amounts for playoffs to be determined by the number of teams and games.
A team withdrawing from the tournament after June 1 will be expected to assist in finding a replacement team, and will not have its entry fee returned unless a replacement is found before June 15. A team withdrawing after June 15 will not have its entry fee returned.
Decisions as to the eligibility of teams and players will rest with the tournament organizing committee.
