Taylor Kangas of the Mississauga North Tigers (97) threw a perfect game on Sunday, May 8th to lead the Tigers to the gold medal in the bantam division at the 2011 Whitby Eagles Spring Fling Fastball Tournament. The PWSA is organizing two (2) clinics for those players who were not successful in being selected for the 2010 PWSA's International Softball Federation's Youth World Cup Teams. These clinics are an opportunity for players hoping to make future ISF/Summer Games teams to work with the coaches and obtain a personal plan for their own future goals...

Softball Ontario is still accepting applications for potential hosts of the national pitching program CANpitch. Each individual program is designed for six (6) weeks of training with a local Regional Pitching Instructor trained by Softball Canada’s Master Pitching Instructors.
