NOTICE OF MOTION FOR 2013 - #1

That the Past President's Term of Office would be a one (1) year term only.  He/She would not be considered an Officer and He/She would not carry a vote.

Rationale:  To accommodate the new rulings for a Not-For-Profit Organization.

NOTICE OF MOTION FOR 2013 - #2

That a membership category be established to accommodate the opportunity for non-members to run for an elected position - named "Board Membership".  This membership would carry a cost of $25.00 and they would have no vote until after they were elected.

Rationale:  To give us the opportunity to allow non-members to run for the Board.
