Minor house league associations renewing or obtaining their insurance for the 2013 season will be receiving a Softball Canada rule book with the letter of confirmation. Softball Canada has added a section to the rule book that has standardized playing rules for the minor divisions. These rules have been introduced to align with the Long Term Player Development Program. It is our hope that your board of directors will take the time to review this section and where possible you will implement the rules into your current minor divisions. Please consider implementing the standardized rules during the 2013 season or introducing them over the next couple of years.
