2012 INSURANCE RENEWAL ASSOCIATED (N0N AFFILIATED) TEAMS/LEAGUES
Insurance renewal information and forms for the 2012 season can be found on
the PWSA web site under
General Info » Forms.
Insurance renewal coverage will be valid from March 19, 2012 until March 19,
2013 inclusive.
Please note that additional insured coverage is $75.00 per institution. (ie.
school board, city, etc.)
