PWSA is pleased to announce our House League Select Championship Fastpitch Tournaments will be held simultaneously the weekend of August 23rd – 25th, 2013.
We are looking forward to another successful year with teams participating from U10 (Mite) through to (U18) Midget Divisions.
PWSA is accepting a maximum of 12 teams (inclusive of host) for each tournament on a first come/first served basis. Each team is guaranteed 3 games plus a playoff game for the top two teams in each “pool” of four teams. Everyone will play on Sunday so you should plan on accommodations in the area. Information about accommodations, restaurants, maps, and draws can be found under the tab Competition > Championships > House League > Division when available.
The deadline for registering your teams is midnight, July 26th, 2013 to the House League Select Chairperson, Janet Gray-Baker, to reserve your spot in the tournament. The following documents must be submitted in hard copy along with the $340 registration fee (cheque/money order payable to PWSA):
1. Proof of Insurance
2. Tournament Registration Form
3. Tournament Sign-in Form
4. Release of Liability Waiver Form
Note! The Tournament Sign-in form is an excel spreadsheet (8.5 x 14, legal) which can be filled in with all the applicable information, and then printed for signature purposes. The Release of Liability Waiver form must be signed by all participants, including players and coaches. In addition, each minor player, not yet 18, must have a parent or guardian sign the form. Please note that each of the Release of Liability Waiver forms must be witnessed by someone not related.

If anything is missing from the package on the deadline date, your team will NOT be accepted into the tournament, so get your forms in early.
