The Town of Ajax is a growing and diverse community located along the Lake Ontario shoreline, boasting one of the largest stretches of publically-owned scenic waterfronts in Ontario. As baseball and softball are rooted in Ajax’s storied history, we are proud to host these events during the 2015 PAN AM Games. Softball was the pastime of choice for thousands of women war workers in Ajax who worked filling shells for the allied forces during World War II. Anticipation and excitement is growing as we embark on our next chapter and prepare to welcome the world to Ajax in July 2015.
